We’ve kept our delivery really simple. You can order 6 or 12 blends of your choice. Our shipping is especially expensive because we need to keep your smoothie pouches frozen. Our shipping is set at $19.95 for 6 blends. But... If you order 12 blends, shipping will be FREE!


How It Ships

We ONLY ship our smoothie packs via UPS 1 or 2-day delivery. We do this to insure that it will not be thawed upon arrival. 

We pack your smoothie kits in a well-insulated shipping box under dry ice. We'll include enough dry ice in the box to keep them frozen through the evening of the delivery date. Upon delivery, store immediately in your freezer.

WARNING: dry ice will burn skin. Remove your ROOT BLENDS and leave any remaining dry ice in the cooler until it evaporates. If you need to handle any remaining dry ice, use gloves or other protective material.

You will receive a notification email with your tracking number when your order has shipped. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct. If it’s not correct, please notify us right away. We’ll do our best to get your package to the right address, but we can’t be held responsible if a package cannot be delivered or is delayed in delivery due to an incorrect address being given to us.


When It Ships

We accept orders 7 days a week. Currently, we only ship on Mondays. Orders must be placed before end of business day on Friday, to be shipped out on Monday, for a Tuesday/Wednesday delivery (see map for 1 or 2 day delivery). Orders placed after end of business day on Friday will be shipped out on the Monday of the following week. Please note: There may be interruption due to the holidays. 


Where To Ship

We recommend that you provide an address where someone will be available to accept a package during business hours (most deliveries arrive between 12PM and 4:30PM).  If there is no one available to accept the delivery, a second delivery attempt may not be possible until the following day, which could result in thawed smoothie kits. ROOT cannot be responsible and will not refund an order for smoothie kits that thaw as a result of no one being available to sign for a delivery. 

If you would like your order to be left at your address without a signature, please make a note in the comments section of checkout. If you choose to do this, ROOT cannot be held responsible for stolen packages or if the recipient is not available that evening to bring in the package and place the smoothie kits in a freezer. ROOT will not refund an order for smoothie kits that melt as a result of no one being available to bring the package in the evening of delivery.

In the case of inclement weather or unforeseen delivery complications, it may be necessary to make adjustments to our delivery schedule, which will cause us to suspend chosen delivery dates and times. If there will be a significant delay, a customer service representative may call or e-mail you to let you know the status of your delivery time. We will deliver your order as quickly as possible when the conditions permit. If your designated delivery location (i.e., street, avenue) or day is inaccessible, rendering us unable to make the delivery, we will contact you to determine the best alternate location and/or date.
